  • • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
  • • Engage in match fixing, collusion, or unfair play
  • • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage

Harassment & Abuse

  • • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • • Post hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
  • • Engage in doxxing or sharing private information
  • • Spam, flood, or send unsolicited messages
  • • Create multiple accounts to evade bans

Intellectual Property

  • • Violate copyright, trademark, or patent rights
  • • Share pirated content or unauthorized copyrighted material
  • • Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
  • • Scrape or bulk extract data without permission

Technical Abuse

  • • Interfere with Platform functionality or security measures
  • • Launch DoS or DDoS attacks
  • • Share malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • • Proxy or VPN to evade restrictions (if prohibited per policy)

4. Tournament Rules & Conduct

When participating in tournaments on our Platform:

  • Eligibility: You confirm you are of legal age and eligible to compete under tournament rules.
  • Fair Play: You agree to compete fairly and in good faith. Cheating = permanent ban.
  • Respect: Show respect to opponents, referees, and admins. Verbal/text abuse = disqualification.
  • Compliance: Follow match schedules, roster requirements, and tournament-specific rules.
  • Consequences: Violations may result in disqualification, bans, or forfeiture of prizes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership: The Platform and all content (code, design, features) are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you create (match recordings, team logos), but grant us a license to display it.

Your License: You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or modification requires written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content, you:

  • Grant us the right to display, distribute, and modify content as needed for Platform operations
  • Warrant that you own or have the right to use the content
  • Release us from liability for how we display or use your content
  • Understand that we may remove harmful or policy-violating content without liability

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or links.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless esports.info.bd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms, including:

  • Cheating or unfair play
  • Harassment or hate speech
  • Multiple violations of Platform policies
  • Any illegal activity

You may delete your account by contacting support.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and esports.info.bd. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
